Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Golden Sun, we are committed to providing excellent service and maintaining a smooth scheduling process for all of our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we ask that all clients adhere to the following cancellation policy: Appointments • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. • No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and may be required to pay in advance for future appointments. Memberships • Memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. • No refunds will be given for unused portions of a monthly membership. • Early termination of a minimum-term membership may be subject to a fee as outlined in the membership agreement. Package Deals • Packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person upon request. • All sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
